Meet Maureen Pappas

Talent Strategy was founded because I truly love what I do! and powered by a passion to help others. For over 20 years, I have developed trustworthy relationships with candidates and hiring managers by gaining their respect for my industry knowledge, networking skills, dedication, and ability to execute strategic talent solutions. As a certified Career Coach, I have devoted countless hours advising individuals (entry level to C-suite) on how to create relevant resumes and an effective job search.

Giving back to the community is important to me. As the Community Chair for Human Resources Leadership Forum, I collaborate with workforce related nonprofits to introduce them to corporate opportunities.


When not recruiting, you will find me cooking, swimming, gardening, or enjoying life with my husband and English bulldogs.
